The Anatomy of The Mind, Thoughts and Thinking: Learn the laws of your mind and how you can use the miracle powers of your mind to heal your body and achieve your dreams.
The most complex aspect of a human being is the mind. Most people think the human mind is our brain. No its not. There is no anatomy of human body labeled as the mind. This simply means we do not have any body part such as the leg, arm, kidney, heart or lungs called the mind. A physician cannot operate on or remove the human mind just as it is the case with any part human anatomy.
The fore fathers of Psychology wrote extensively on the subject of the mind. Many of them addressed the subject in such complex psychological language attempting to fit their discussions of the subject in scientific terms. As a result many of their writings make absolutely minimal sense, and in some cases meaningless to none academicians.
However, Dr G. Jung, in my opinion is one of these fore fathers of psychology and psychiatry who made extra ordinary effort to understand the subject of the mind and explained the dynamics of it in ways that make it somewhat easier for most to understand. Dr Jung was also a lonely voice among the fore fathers of psychology and psychiatry brave enough to connect the mind to the spiritual aspect of us at the time Dr S. Freud and others completely ignored the spiritual self.
Before, the fore fathers of psychology and psychiatry, scholars in Africa studied and taught extensively on the subject of the mind, body and spirit. Scholars from all over the world especially from the East came to Africa for various studies ranging from Theology, Spirituality, Poetry and Medicine to architecture. Very few citizens of the world are aware that the first Higher Institution of learning in the world is the University of Timbuktu in Africa. Jung expressed in one of his writings that his experience in Africa was the most memorable and enlightening experience of his life.
Human being is created with the mind, the body and the spirit. It is difficult to discuss the mind without confusing it with the spirit because the mind and the spirit have very close connection.
The mind is made up of three levels—the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious.
The conscious mind is the level of the mind you use almost every time you lift a finger, move a box , ask a girl out, make plans for super, make choices and carry out all conscious actions. We all create and every single one of our creations starts with our conscious mind. However, everything we create through the process of our conscious thinking has reciprocal consequences. The conscious mind is our creative powerhouse.
The subconscious mind is the level of the mind that sits quietly in the background very busy taking notes of every thought and instructions coming from your conscious mind. It also monitors all of your bodily functions including the heart beat. Within this level of the mind reside the infinite intelligence, infinite riches and abundance of all the blessings and power we inherited from our creator. The power of manifestation resides in the depth of the subconscious mind.
The infinite intelligence within our subconscious mind knows everything. It has all the answers to everything you can possibly thought and conceive in your conscious mind. It knows how to keep you healthy. It know precisely how every fiber in your body suppose to function and can bring them to their perfect state of functioning at any time. This is the level of the mind the Bible and other books of wisdom refer to having the power to move mountain. Within the depth of this region of the mind lies also the power these books of wisdom documented having the power to grant all you seek; opens all the doors you knock on; and grants all you ask for. All you have to do is belief and have faith in the amazing power with this level of your mind. Faith and belief is the catalyst that propels the power into action.
Here is the secret. Within this level of the mind is the most obedient servant on the face of earth and heaven. When the Bible and other books of wisdom stated we are created in our creator’s image and likeness, and possess the very same powers as our creator—especially the power to create, they are referring to these inherent powers which reside within our subconscious mind.
You have to be very careful and pay very close attention to your conscious thoughts and wish because this powerful obedient servant will not argue with you or question your commands. Remember the say “you better be careful what you wish.” The saying is referring to the fact that this obedient servant within our subconscious mind will do whatever you ask it to do without arguments.
Whatever you command or wish happen in your conscious thoughts is what this all powerful obedient servant within your subconscious mind will create in your life. If you believe you are a loser and will always be a loser that is exactly what this powerful obedient servant will manifest in your life. This obedient servant will not argue with you and ask if you are sure that’s what you want. On the other hand, if you believe in the power of the healer within you and that you will be healed of whatever ailment you are suffering from there is no force anywhere in heaven or earth that can prevent your healing.
The request, command, order or wish your conscious mind placed on this servant by the process of your thoughts and belief is what this all powerful servant will manifest in your life. The miracle power of your subconscious mind works according to the laws of your belief. If you believe in the power of this healer within you, and that you will be healed from your so called “incurable disease,” there is no force anywhere in heaven or earth capable of preventing your healing. On the other hand, if you believe you cannot be healed from your illness, this obedient servant will make sure you will not be healed. Whatever you think and believe is what this servant will manifest in your in your life. Your belief and conviction behind your though is your ultimate command and order to your subconscious mind. Your ignorance of the laws of your mind does not excuse you from the working and actions of your mind.
It’s not your job to worry about how your order will be carried out and when it will happen. This infinite intelligence within your subconscious mind has infinite resources; knows where everything needed to heal you is. It knows also who the agent of your healing is. It will shift the universe and move heaven and earth to bring the healer to you and make the healing happen. Your job is to have a united house—no arguments or division between your mind, body and spirit. Remember, what you seek you will find. When the student is ready the master will appear. This is also true of every dream you have in the eyes of your mind.
It is crucial, particularly very early in a healing relationship that a healer unites and integrates into harmony these various levels of the mind within a personal and forms a healing alliance with the person’s house—mind, body, and spirit. This is the most important foundation in all healings. The healer’s ability to integrate these levels of the mind and brings them to unity is the most important healing gift every healer most have. A healer who does not have this gift further complicates the healing process and recovery of his/her client.
G. Jung, in one of his writings states that a physician who cannot interpret the dreams of his patients is not worthy of calling himself a physician. Jung is suggesting that understanding the dreams of your healing consumers is paramount in integrating these various levels of the mind. This harmonious integration is the foundation of a client’s true healing. A healer of all disciplines—physician and all health care professionals, who does not have this gift is not worthy of a title of a healer. Healing consumers suffer immensely when this gift is lacking in a healing professional. A house divided cannot stand. Your healing consumer will not heal under your care if their house—mind, body and spirit is not united. The house must be united for a true healing to take place.
The unconscious mind is the file cabinet of all our lives’ experience. It is the custodian of all our reincarnated past lives experiences either as a man or woman or in some case both, Jung called the “collective unconscious.” It remembers and stores every single emotion, skills, language, culture/s, special talents, knowledge, joy, trauma, victories and failure/s we ever experienced from our past life or lives to the present. The unconscious is very protective of us in so many levels. It takes over when the other levels of our mind are resting. It makes sure we are alive and maintains the functions of the organs of our body while we are asleep. In our dream state, it negotiates with our conscious mind on the least traumatic manner to present issues in our life, both from your past and the current that needs to be addressed however, has potential to present major life crisis or trauma.
The content of the unconscious mind exerts various degrees of influences in the life of an individual. Some of these influences are traumatic in nature, depending on their origins. The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) of American Psychiatric Association characterized many of these influences as disorders. In my opinion, this is one aspect of Western clinical understanding of a person that leaves the practice of Western Model clinical psychology and psychiatry inadequate. The Western Culture and religion does not believe in reincarnation of a “soul” and the influences past lives experiences has on the present life. For this reasons, the dynamics of past lives experience and the crisis or trauma some of these experiences exert in the present life are not taught in Western model clinical psychology and psychiatry.
One of the major spiritual tasks of the present life is to resolve carried over issues of the past lives stored in the collective unconscious. The Western model psychiatry in collaboration with clinical psychology have attempted for ages to address these issues of the past lives with medication.
These past lives issues do not respond to chemical intervention. I often tease my colleagues that healing is not in the pills. We are spirits living human experience. The result of this culture of “chemicalization” of human beings are numerous clinical classifications, more diagnostic labels, more births to DSM disorders, new generations of chemicals and also a generation of human Robots.
The human spirit is the dimension of us Theologians refers to as the human soul. It’s the part of us that is linked to the Being most believers calls our Creator, God or Higher self. The human spirit is the only part of us experts in past life work and divination has consensus that remains the same from our past life to the present life. According to these clinicians from Africa and other culture clinically addressing past life issues, when the body separates from the physical ream, the spirit extracts and retains the record of the collective unconscious housed in the unconscious level of the mind and travels to the spirit world.
There are various existential levels of frequencies in the spirit world, according to these clinicians. Individual spirits are attracted to a level of frequencies based on degree of purity. Pure spirits, just like very positively charged ions can travel to higher frequencies. Every spirit remains at a level of frequency by merits before returning to earth in a different body for further actualization of purity. Some religious denominations characterize these levels of frequencies as hell, purgatory and heaven.
Most people associate the human spirit with the heart. The consensus among the spiritual scholars in Africa who have studied extensively the human spirit existential dynamics is that the human spirit is aligned with the silver cord within the spinal region. These experts agree that this silver cord integrates with the physical functioning of the body at a spot located at the center of the brain the Ibo people of West Africa calls “opunisi” meaning (the link between the physical and the spirit world).
These clinicians teach that all out-of- body experience takes place from this particular area of the body. They also explain that babies frequently travel in and out of the physical body effortlessly from that position. These experts teach also that the freedom of out-of-body experience diminishes to a large degree as the mind begins to create conditions that tarnish the purity of our spirits. They maintain that most healers, and the monks also who are spiritually disciplined and are able to maintain purity of the spirit are also able to travel in and out of their bodies effortlessly.
These scholars explain that when there is trauma in the spinal region, it causes the human spirit to separate temporarily or permanently from other parts of the body depending on the severity of the trauma. Permanent separation results to clinical death while temporary separation is what the Western medicine refers to as the state of coma. This separation also occurs when other parts of the body suffer from severe trauma that threatens the harmony of the mind, body and spirit.
The issues of the collective unconscious and the influences from the past lives are addressed with the most comprehensive integrated and holistic approach that applies a deep understanding and knowledge of these various levels of the mind. A healer must understand the dynamics of the unconscious, past lives crisis/trauma and how these issues manifest themselves in the consumer’s present life.
Because of the traumatic natures of these issues, the unconscious mind expresses needs for resolution using dreams state as a vehicle. There are many cases where the contents of the unconscious mind overflow due to minimal or untimely resolution of the pressing issues. There are also cases where these issues are inadequately and inappropriately addressed. Both of these circumstances result in crisis the Western psychiatry characterize as “psychoses.” The individual’s life returns to a healthy state when these issues are properly and adequately addressed from a holistic and integrated approach that assesses the entire person.
Finkelstein (1997) presents evidence-base clinical influences of past lives on the present life, and ways these influences affect the healing process of an individual. Healers in African have been using the knowledge of the past lives for centuries to address human psychological issues. The mind is a complex but the most powerful gift given to humans. Do not waste yours and do not allow others to waste it for you. Every level of your mind wants you healthy, wealthy and happy. Your mind presents those issues from your past for you to address them so that you can live a happy life and accomplish your life’s dream/s. It is your inherent right to be healthy, wealthy, happy and live your dreams, whatever those dream/s are. Always seek for healers who understand the dynamics and workings of the mind, and applies an integrated and holistic approach that addresses your mind, body and spirit.

Have you ever noticed that arguments are rarely “won?” Even if you think you won an argument, what did you win? If there really is a loser, he at least learned something, right? What did you get? Ego satisfaction, debating practice, and diminished mind power.
Arguing Diminishes Mind Power?
There are times when things need to be debated, but most of the time, it really isn’t productive. Do you want to argue the point? What do you get from a useless debate, and more importantly, what do you lose?
One thing is certain. A person listening to arguments can learn something from both sides, but what about the participants? If your opponent makes a really good point, do you say, “Hey, you’re right!” or do you more often just look for a better argument?
Arguing too much gets you in the habit of looking for arguments more than for truth. You also get deeper into your thinking ruts the more you defend a position. In a rut and ignoring the truth? If that doesn’t sound like it’s good for mind power, it’s because it isn’t.
Mind Power From Listening
If you say the moon is closer, and I say the sun is, one of us has to be right. If you say nurture is more important, and I say nature is, we’re both right. The first argument has clearly defined terms. This isn’t common, and even here, what’s the point of arguing?
In the second example, our arguments have to do with values and experiences. We’ve seen different things in life, and we could spend a lifetime defining “important,” or I could shut up and listen. My mind becomes more powerful with the addition of your ideas and knowledge. Listening is the better way.
To break the habit of arguing, purposely ask for peoples opinions, and listen without saying anything. You can ask them to clarify, but don’t offer one contrary idea. Do this enough, and you’ll be surprized how much you learn. Some of us are also surprized by how difficult this simple technique can be, but it works.

Extremely interesting post I really enjoyed reading it and I actually just emailed a link to your site to younger my brother for him to read.He is kind of a freek about this topic. Thank you for writing it I just added your blog to my favorites and will check back
By the way this is a little off subject but I also wanted to mention that really like your web page layouta lot of sites that you visit these days are all cluttered up with banner adds and you bet the impression that the owner of the blog either does not care about there site and simply utilizes it in order to make money through banners or that the owner is really new to web design and simply does not know how to create a nice layout. Your blog layout is very user friendly you obviously spent a lot of time thinking about the colors and it show. Also the website navigation is also very straight forward and easy to use. Anyway like I already mentioned thanks for the great post and excellent site layout I bookmarked your site and will be back to see what other interesting thing you have to say. Thanks!
I’ve no idea if this is gonna work truly, maybe? It makes sense, but I dunno, like I was saying. This appears like a great concept, but is this something that’s doable? The only thing I am thinking in my head is how much time I just spent on this content – but I liked it so I believe you should watch it. Why not test the validity from the idea by doing some study, correct? Call me the cynic but I did just wish to ask. This could be could if the entertainment value holds up long enough in the extremely least. I discovered it rather a distinctive and interesting concept, again although, I am not truly sure how others will respond to this. I dunno, I guess that is me just becoming a cynic and all. So read my ramblings with heed. Believe for yourself: ) I guess I dunno.
